It was wonderful being with you at the Head Start Conference. It's always fulfilling for me to see so many women dedicated to themselves, their children, and their community.
Moms Come First! - Enlightened Successful Parenting has a very simple philosophy, it states, "When you feel good, the kids feel good!" Makes perfect sense, doesn't it? Too bad no one takes it seriously, especially Moms. One of my goals as an enlightened parent educator is to help Moms (and Dads) accept their priority and importance in the family. Once that's established, Mom can parent naturally, with her children feeling secure and confident that everything is taken care of.
The following are four 1 to 2 hour workshops (depending on your time frame) for parents, teachers and administrators:
3 Steps to Enlightened Successful Parenting.
An introduction of the core principles of enlightened parenting in the 21st Century. We'll discuss self-esteem, what exactly is it? Unconditional Love - what does it truly mean? And we'll explore new concepts of discipline, anger, patience and other issues concerning Moms and those who care for children.
Step I: The Heart and Soul of Parenting. Learn the 3 Principles of Enlightened Parenting. You'll discover your balance, your center of wholeness, so you can parent more naturally. We'll also experience some easy, enjoyable, relaxing, mental visualizations, and do some processes to help you parent more effectively.
Step II: The Joy of Parenting. We'll learn the 3 Principles of Successful Parenting: Then take a look at the differences between "good parenting" of the 20th Century, vs. "enlightened parenting" of the 21st Century. We'll talk about old and new theories of discipline, child development and education,and discover what will work best for us in the new millennium.
Step III: Centering, Relaxation and Energizing Techniques. A True Glimpse at Who We Are. Experiencing our center, our wholeness, the essence of enlightened parenting. We'll learn simple, effective use of breath - the key to stress-free living and energy. We'll also experience easy, relaxing guided meditations that help us discover the depth of our Being. A truly transformational workshop.
Teachers Come First!-Enlightened/Successful Teaching. This workshop is specifically designed
for teachers of children infancy - high School. It includes "The Six Principles of Enlightened/ Successful Teaching", new innovative perspectives and techniques in helping children reach their full potential: Plus
easy, profound methods of maintaining your center and enthusiasm while working with kids.
All 2 1/2 workshops cost $85 per person with a minimum of 30 people. All transportation and zeroxing should be supplied by your center or business. Financial considerations available.
